We're on the lookout for a dynamic Project Architect to enhance our team. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a variety of exciting projects from inception to completion. As a successful candidate, you'll play a pivotal role in the entire architectural process, spanning design, planning, and construction administration. You'll collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, shaping innovative design solutions that withstand the test of time.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee design concepts and documents
  • Present feasibility reports and design proposals
  • Collaborate with diverse project teams from design to construction
  • Ensure compliance with design intent and building codes during document reviews
  • Carry out construction administration duties and site visits
  • Use software like Revit for architectural designs and plans

Requirements:
  • Architecture or related degree
  • 5+ years in architectural design, construction documents, and project management
