**Position Title:** Contractual Executive Assistant to Healthcare Executive

**Location:** Towson, MD

**Reports To:** Healthcare Executive

**Position Type:** Contract

**Summary:**
Provide high-level administrative support to a healthcare executive on a contractual basis, ensuring efficient operation of the executive's office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage executive's calendar and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Act as liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails
  • Assist with special projects and research
  • Plan and coordinate events and meetings
  • Maintain office supplies and manage office-related tasks

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

**Compensation:**

  • up to $70k
