  • Undertaking special projects as assigned by senior management
  • Representing the restaurant on social media platforms

  • Current Food Manager Sanitation Certificate for Chicago, and certification in handling Allergens
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in kitchen management, including menu development, costing, and staff training

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods in hot environments and lift heavy objects
  • Proficiency in conversational kitchen Spanish is preferred
  • Experience with GSuite and proficiency in spreadsheet-based budgeting and cost analysis
  • Management approach focused on servant leadership, with a willingness to work alongside team members for training and support
