Responsibilities

  • Adhere to food safety protocols for cooking, cooling, and storage
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines diligently

  • Carry out duties efficiently without constant supervision

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years or older, in compliance with state and local regulations
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in reading tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and specifications in English
  • Adept at using kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
  • Capable of prolonged standing, bending, and lifting objects weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Exposure to heat from kitchen appliances and the kitchen environment
  • Possession of the Riverside County Food Handlers Certificate
