The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce operations team in US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of measurable B2B / sellerfocussed marketing strategies, with direct and crossfunctional teams, to drive marketplace growth of TikTok Shop.
  • Build and activate effective integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand and lead generation campaigns to support new seller onboarding and ongoing success .
  • Brief and manage internal and external creative partners in the creation of compelling marketing output that effectively articulates and educates the market on the value of TikTok Shop to brands.
  • Craft and execute crossfunctional marketing assets including sales collateral, email content, educational / onboarding curriculums, social assets, and paid media.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years marketing experience; ecommerce background from either a marketplace platform or brand is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of the ecommerce space including technology, cultural movements and market trends.
  • Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content marketing is highly preferred.
  • Creative and quantitative, with a keen eye for detail and a high standard for output.
  • Approaches challenges with a cando attitude with a willingness and aptitude to problemsolve
  • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
  • Strong grasp and keen passion for marketing, technology and culture.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with partnerships and social media management a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and experiences about Live Streaming is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving.
