Work with any customer issues as well as employee relations issues

This role will is a management function, ABM laptop cell phone and vehicle will be supplied to the employee

Travel is required for this position as locations will be throughout Long Island

Employee must be proficient in Microsoft programs as well as outlook

Employee needs to have a college degree

Employee will need to have experience in customer service and problem solving as these are two main function of this role

Employee will be responsible for P&L management forecasting and budgeting for their book of business

Employee will be expected to cross sell services and work to upgrade contracts where possible

Minimum Requirements

3-5 Years experience in a service-oriented environment

Must be able to prepare advanced documents using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Bachelors degree preferred.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Proven ability to work with and communicate with front line employees as well as upper level management team.
