About the Role
At Blue Owl, delivering unparalleled client service is our top priority. The Institutional Business Development team is seeking an Associate of Client Service to enhance our client support offerings. As an Institutional Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a customized and top-tier client experience across all our investment verticals. This position requires a client-centric approach and the ability to devise innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage institutional client reporting for Blue Owl's investment verticals.
  • Handle responses to inquiries from institutional investors.
  • Organize client meetings and develop meeting agendas.
  • Keep track of meeting notes and follow-up actions.
  • Create briefing memos for client meetings.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and calls.
  • Articulate Blue Owl's products, funds, and strategies comprehensively.
  • Support LPAC meetings for the Institutional Business Development team.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and provide additional support to the client service team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • Prior experience in financial services or investor relations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Collaborative team player with adaptability.
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Interested candidates can anticipate a base annual salary range of $125,000 to $140,000 for this role based in New York City. Salaries may vary depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligible employees may also receive discretionary bonuses linked to individual and team performance.
