Business Manager for Lien Networks

Position Overview:
Lien Networks is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee our core operations and drive strategic growth.
This key leadership role will play a pivotal role in optimizing our platform, streamlining workflows, and ensuring exceptional service for our network members.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of platform operations, including user onboarding, case management, and network communication.
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen network engagement, increase platform adoption, and drive user satisfaction.
Analyze platform usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations with overall business objectives.
Implement and maintain best practices for data security and regulatory compliance.
Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement processes to optimize platform functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in business operations management, ideally within a B2B or referral network environment.
Deep understanding of the legal and/or medical industries, with a focus on personal injury cases and lien processes (preferred).
Strong analytical mind and proficiency in CRM platforms to optimize user experience and drive network engagement.
Experience developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate across diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum five years of experience in a related field.
