JOB SUMMARY:


Responsible for seeking contract opportunities, reviewing contract language and terms, conducting data analysis on financial terms, negotiating contracts, and managing executed contracts for all RCHSD entities.

Coordinates communication and problem resolutions regarding payment issues with all contracted payors.

Manages the contract review process for RCSSD 3rd party contracts, contracts with payors, IPA's, PPO's, ancillary providers and other vendors.

Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge regarding scope of services provided by RCHSD. Utilizes effective interpersonal skills to initiate, cultivate and maintain cooperative relationships with contracted entities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree

3 years of experience

Three years inpatient coding experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience

**The expected hiring range for this position is $32.51 to $44.70
