  • Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Pay: $17/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:
    • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
    • Provide support to end-users with IT-related problems
    • Help with setting up and configuring computer systems and applications
  • Project Assistance:
    • Support ongoing IT projects by contributing to planning, documentation, and implementation
    • Collaborate with team members on various IT initiatives and tasks
  • Other duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Current academic student pursuing high school or college degree (must be 16 years of age and older)
  • Ability to travel to Trafera locations in Twin Cities area as needed
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Windows OS environments
  • Familiarity with basic network configurations and troubleshooting
  • Previous experience in a technical support role or similar position

Essential and Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or sit for 8 hours
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs
