  • Communicate product characteristics and inspection results to staff.
  • Handle processing of return products and maintain related reports.
  • Decide on appropriate actions for returned items based on quality assessment.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of furniture construction, finishes, and quality standards
  • Familiarity with Crate and Barrel products and services
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and stock pickers
  • Capability to lift items weighing over 50 pounds
  • Availability for flexible schedules and extended shifts
  • Experience with AS/400, Excel, Word, Outlook, and digital cameras
