Senior Associate Scientist: QC Job Description

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Scientist to join our team in Quality Control. As a key member of our QC team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our gene therapy products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute complex analytical assays using HPLC, CE-SDS, and q-PCR/ddPCR
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including Capillary Electrophoresis
  • Conduct routine testing of vectors and raw materials for release and stability
  • Support analytical and process development activities, including protocol development and validation
  • Assist in general QC lab operations, including documentation and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Virology, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in QC or equivalent experience in the biotechnology industry
  • Strong understanding of cGMPs, CFR, ICH, and EU regulations
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
