We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist in Charge to join the JCW Group team and lead our efforts in sterile compounding. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving innovation in medication manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FDA, state, and USP standards to maintain the highest level of quality and safety.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes, including sterility testing and environmental monitoring, to ensure the highest standards of quality.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, resolve quality issues, and maintain rigorous documentation to ensure seamless operations.
• Leadership and Training: Lead training initiatives and support a culture of continuous improvement to drive excellence in medication manufacturing.

Ideal Candidate:

• Pharm.D. with 5+ years in sterile compounding
• Proven leadership and compliance expertise
• Active pharmacist license in relevant states
