ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Summary:
HQ Aero is currently seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in TAMARAC, FL

Job Overview:
As an administrative assistant, you'll be the backbone of our office operations. Your main task is to provide top-notch administrative support to ensure everything runs smoothly. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Director, you'll be assisting managers and employees with various organizational and communication tasks. From handling phone calls to managing emails, your role is crucial in maintaining efficiency and quality in all administrative duties.

Responsibilities and Duties (included but not limited to)

  • Assist QA Manager as needed.
  • Review and process work packages for billing.
  • Track and manage work package billing.
  • Monitor tooling calibration and shipping schedules.
  • Update various logs and records.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors.
  • Prepare and organize documentation as required.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proven track record in administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with office management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data programs.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of office equipment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Job Type:
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with a lunch break from 12-1 pm.
