Job Description:

  • Support data collection and analysis for strategic market segments, related to current and potential customers, and competitors.
  • May present research results and recommendations to the upper management team to help their decisionmaking.
  • Assist in executing marketing plans for current and new thermal products in Markets as well as in developing marketing programs to promote products.
  • Maintain and update marketing content to ensure that the information is accurate, uptodate, wellorganized, and easily accessible to existing and potential customers.
  • Create content using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing events such as trade show events and customer surveys.
  • Contact vendors to prepare for marketing events.
  • Prepare promotional materials to showcase products.
  • Arrange schedules for attendees and extend customer invitations.
  • Conduct postevent followup and evaluation.
  • Manage administrative logistics of events planning, event booking and event promotions.
  • Support trade shows by developing status reports on activities related to planning, scheduling, cancellation, inquiries, resourcing, risk mitigation and proposal development for various events.
  • Organize logistics and materials for each meeting, arranged spaces and take detailed notes for later dissemination to key stakeholders.
  • Fulfill contractual obligations for trade shows coordination.
