About the Role
The Senior Account Manager will establish and build positive client relationships and identify value-added business opportunities/solutions for the client. Responsibilities include achieving our client contract commitments through sourcing and development of promotional products domestically and internationally, while meeting/exceeding product adoption, revenue, and contribution targets set in the monthly and yearly forecast.
The ideal candidate is client and solution oriented, extremely organized and works well multitasking and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. This individual has an eye for detail, the ability to develop close working relationships.

Responsibilities
Relationship Management
  • Understand our clients' business, and their goals/needs; ensure they feel valued.
  • Develop and implement strategy to grow account; Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Key contributor in creating and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to client
  • Work independently and with team members to drive efficiencies and problem-solve. Escalate issues/challenges to your manager, communicate resolutions effectively.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, proactively and professionally lead client relationships, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Build, lead and motivate effective teams; establish an engaging environment aligned to our company values.
  • Identify and resolve any/all issues relating to client within agreed SLA's.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with internal support departments and key external suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams in the strategic planning and tactical execution of results-driven campaigns for promotional/premium related projects.
  • Prepare and provide professional presentations to clients and customers.
Operational and Financial Management
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure all deliverables are on target, on brand, and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain day-to-day project management working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all sign offs and deadlines are met in accordance with critical timelines.
  • Oversee production of accurate RFPs for products based on technical specifications, pre-production samples, and ensure delivery OTIF (on time in full).
  • Manage brands range development driving commercial stability and executing brand growth strategy.
  • Monitor, manage and report on project metrics, including budget and delivery, ensuring achievement of client and internal objectives and budget targets.
  • Identify and communicate potential client efficiencies in procurement patterns, buying cycles, product category focus, sustainability, and alternative POS/Premium development.
  • Review assessments of operational and client issues at sites and troubleshoot significant operations or service delivery issues.
  • Analyze management information, financial and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget.
  • Independently manage priorities / multiple projects simultaneously
Strategic Thinking
  • Participate in proactive innovation to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge, and identify opportunities to drive adoption and sales.
  • Develop market business plans by researching the customers and trends. Identify cross-selling opportunities and act on them.
  • Drive thought leadership and strategic deliverables for the future of the brands, identifying and driving innovation.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience working for a promotional product, or procurement outsource agency, servicing CPG/retail client brand teams
  • Proven knowledge of sourcing either POS, Print, Premium, Display production
  • Extensive experience in engaging and influencing cross functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing / brand teams and internal supply chain teams
  • Experience working with both domestic and international supply base
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client facing relationships with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven PowerPoint and Excel skills, experience analyzing multiple datasets
  • Proven ability to manage and lead others
  • Ability to lead and deliver under pressure
