  • Autonomous role with the potential to grow into a Channel Manager position.
  • Work remotely with occasional travel within the upper Midwest.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in serving the core side of the iron foundry market.
  • Target and secure new business opportunities at major foundries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and showcase the value proposition of the products.
  • Emphasize product performance over pricing using value-based selling.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial consumables sales to iron foundries.
  • Specialized knowledge of the core side of foundries.
  • Proven track record in strategic sales and relationship building.
  • Ability to create and demonstrate value propositions for unique products.
  • Experience with distributor channels is a plus.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Located in the upper Midwest near major foundries.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative approach, and sense of humor.
