Duties
  • Conduct extensive studies to develop procedures for use on the full range of administrative processes.
  • Disseminate guidance necessary to resolve complex administrative issues impacting the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) staff.
  • Use the Defense Automated Time, Attendance, and Production System (DATAAPS) to support civilian administrative personnel and pay actions.

GS-13 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with analyzing of processes by reviewing studies conducted by management; analyzing personnel and administrative programs on manpower programs; assisting with collecting of information on personnel and/or administrative programs to advise management; and assisting with developing long and short-range goals for personnel management to recommend proposed organizational changes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
