Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned personnel, including performance evaluations, training, and scheduling.
- Resolve grievances and personnel issues effectively.
- Manage payroll for staff following standard procedures.
- Ensure adequate staffing to support patient care needs.
- Assist in responding to patient concerns and complaints.
- Perform tasks of a certified medical assistant.
- Provide direction and leadership to promote teamwork and motivation.
- Participate in budget planning and management activities.
- Develop policies and programs within the department.
- Create an empowering environment for staff members.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and safety protocols.

Requirements:
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant program.
- Medical Assistant certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 3+ years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Pediatrics.
- Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
