Responsibilities:
  • Manage, train, monitor, and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops
  • Direct and assign drive-in restaurant employees to ensure operational standards
  • Adhere to employee handbook, policies, and practices
  • Prepare work schedules and adjust staffing levels
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  • Resolve guest requests and complaints
  • Interview and hire restaurant crew and management team members
  • Prepare operational reports and develop action plans
  • Implement marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices
  • Familiarity with labor laws and health regulations
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Basic accounting and computer skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Compliance with appearance and hygiene standards
