Job Description:- Provide clerical support for the assigned unit under supervision.
- Model excellent service for patients, visitors, and the team.
- Support unit activities and maintain quality patient care.
- Utilize electronic applications and phone systems effectively.
- Interact with patients, families, and the care team professionally.
- Assist with patient care duties and maintain safety standards.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Medical terminology and EKG knowledge
