Position Summary

This full-time position typically involves working 40 hours over a five-day week, with flexibility in scheduling.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and checkout processes.
  • Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Organize and display merchandise to facilitate customer access.
  • Maintain store cleanliness through regular dusting, cleaning, and restocking.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Support loss prevention efforts by observing customer behavior.
  • Help prepare promotional displays and marketing materials.
  • Authorize fuel pump payments.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report workplace hazards, seeking assistance when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Proficient in using computers, including MS Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Basic math and computer skills for operating store equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
