Responsibilities:

  • General Labor tasks
  • Setting up and operating manufacturing machinery
  • Supervising and training new or less experienced Machine Operators
  • Regularly assessing unit efficiency and suggesting enhancements
  • Utilizing machine equipment for various duties
  • Performing any other assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of warehouse experience and working with manufacturing equipment preferred
  • Ability to lift items individually up to 75 lbs. and heavier objects with assistance
  • Experience with forklifts, cranes, shears, or rollers
  • Familiarity with workplace safety practices
  • Capability to make autonomous decisions
  • Keen attention to details
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
