WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
The Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for generating leads with prospective customers via door knocking. They are the initial touchpoint in the RbA process.

Their goal is to diagnose window and door concerns with the goal of the visit being to generate a lead for our Sales Team.

This is a rare opportunity to work independently in an upbeat team environment, learn sales from the best and earn an above-average income.

Flexible hours according to the needs of the business, work/life balance
Be adaptable to seasonal weather conditions
Hours will vary due to seasonal changes and time changes
May be asked to work weekends
Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time
May need to navigate different types of terrain (ex. Stairs, sidewalks, hills)
Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. while walking up to 6 hours per day

WHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON
Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal to initiate conversation with potential customers in the field
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a dynamic environment
A strong work ethic coupled with the desire to be goal oriented to meet metrics and maximize bonus
The drive to hear coaching, keep improving and consistently achieving goals
A positive attitude and enthusiastic energy
Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow
Ability to build good relationships in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams
Organizational skills, detail-oriented, multi-tasking skills and process-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
1 year sales experience is preferred but not required
