Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' brand guidelines and establish a coherent brand image across their social platforms
  • Generate and deliver top-notch content for a diverse range of social media clients, including crafting original, brand-aligned content for organic and paid social media posts
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceive and oversee the creation of social media creatives
  • Engage closely with Senior Content Strategists, Art Directors & Director of Content Marketing
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology and digital strategies
  • Assist in selecting photography for destination and hotel brands
  • Support in the execution of Social Content Shoots including mood boards, model selection, and wardrobe curation
  • Establish social media accounts for clients when necessary
  • Stay updated on social media advertising platforms
  • Compile performance reports and analyze key metrics (KPIs) as required
  • Aid in devising digital strategies
  • Other duties as delegated

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in photography and design
  • Capable of managing a wide array of properties and client information
  • Adept at working in a collaborative environment
  • Strong work ethic and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced setting
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate client metrics and KPIs
  • Attention to detail
  • Open to feedback and willing to promptly address it
  • Responsible and self-driven

Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Creative Copywriting Skills
  • Technological Proficiency
  • Competence in Mac OS
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish proficiency is beneficial)
