Job Overview:
HVAC Technicians diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct tests, and perform regular maintenance to ensure systems operate smoothly. They need a strong blend of technical skills, HVAC knowledge, and exceptional customer service to effectively resolve problems and make repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
- Repair or replace defective components.
- Test HVAC systems for efficient operation.
- Provide recommendations and explain repair options to customers.
- Keep accurate service records and adhere to safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry advancements through training.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- EPA Type II Certification preferred.
- Proven HVAC Technician experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and operations.
- Proficient in HVAC codes and safety practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Exceptional customer service and clear communication.
