Job Summary:
The Maintenance Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with management to maintain a high level of interior and exterior store cleanliness, as well as ensure that all restaurant equipment is in good working order.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, and dishwashers
- Unload delivery trucks and maintain a clean and organized storage area
- Perform daily tasks such as filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and taking out and emptying trash compactors
- Clean and maintain HVAC and exhaust units
- Assist with other maintenance needs as required
