We are currently seeking a Global HR Business Partner to join our Boart Longyear team in Salt Lake City, UT. The Global HR Business Partner will provide HR and Talent Management support for Corporate Services and Veracio.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the effective execution of the company's global accounts receivable, bank reconciliation functions, and cash management for NAM region; including, but not limited to the following essential job functions:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Drive talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Lead and support global HR programs and initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee experience.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Stay updated on global HR trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in HR processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong expertise in talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple countries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite; experience with HR analytics tools is a plus.
