Our Impact:
  • Drive the assessment of risks (including technology, privacy security, resiliency, and other operational risks) that the organization and suppliers (vendors) may face in accordance with the Company's established guidelines
  • Evaluate and analyze supplier controls from both a design and operating efficiency perspective and raise findings with management actions to remediate identified control gaps
  • Handle private, sensitive, and confidential information appropriately for both internal and external partners
  • Support ESC efforts to mitigate Third-party risks in areas, such as, information risk, technology risk, and fourth-party risk, etc.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports on the status of ongoing supplier risk assessment
Your Impact:

Project Management

  • Work with a team of Assessors and Findings Analyst while reporting to the Supplier Risk Manager within the ESC organization
  • Develop and implement methodology for collecting, assessing, and validating evidence provided by Suppliers in accordance with ESC established timeframe
  • Assess risk and exceptions related to the overall management of suppliers
  • Identify those engagements that create the most potential risk to the organization and make recommendations to mitigate that risk
  • PMP a plus or related project management background / experience

Communication

  • Work with business partners and suppliers to provide ton-notch customer service and complete risk assessments in accordance ESC established timeframe
  • Manage challenging stakeholders and suppliers
  • Apply strong teamwork and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and have excellent ability to encourage, empower, negotiate, and drive the completion of supplier risk assessments
  • Excellent soft skills such as communication skills (written and spoken)

Attention to Detail

  • Ability to handle large amounts of data / information and balance competing priorities to drive successful outcomes
  • Highly organized to collect, review, and validate supplier responses to questionnaires and requested documents.
  • Balance detail with response time to ensure meeting both quality and timing commitments
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, information technology or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience with audit, risk, compliance, or related professional work experience
  • Proficient in or willing to learn supplier risk management and assessments processes, including technology risk standards (e.g. NIST, ISO: 27000, SIG)
  • Strong customer services skills with a proactive attitude towards problem solving
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (including listening, written, and oral communication), work well in a team environment, able to work in diverse environments, and adhere to the highest ethical standards
  • Ability to lead, influence, collaborate, and partner with ESC leaders, business partners, and suppliers to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Analytical, communication, and organizational skills
