Our Impact:The Single-Family Operational Risk Governance and Testing Team is responsible for working with management to effectively manage operational and compliance risk.
Your Impact:In this role, you will be encouraged to partner with Single-Family Acquisitions business leaders to:
- Analyze and understand regulatory obligations
- Define compliant vs. noncompliant scenarios (for regulatory obligations)
- Develop and execute scripts for testing compliance with regulatory obligations
- Assist in the preparation of annual compliance test plans and ongoing management reports
- Support execution of related regulatory change management governance activities
- Provide compliance risk/control advisory support upon request
- Periodically participate in operational and compliance risk-related projects that impact the entire SF Acquisitions division
- 5-7 years of operational and compliance risk management and/or audit experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Sound analytical and communication skills
- Ability to think broadly but also be detailed
- Prior experience with compliance testing preferred but not required
- Relevant professional certifications (CIA, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus
- Results-oriented
- Passionate about learning
