Responsibilities:
- Operate crane and hydraulic press.
- Understand and follow CMM and SOPM.
- Assemble, test, and disassemble landing gears and components.
- Remove, install, and home bushings.
- Sandblast and wash parts as per CMM and SOPM.
- Troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and test core accessory components.
- Research, prepare, and update various documents.
- Provide accurate repair information for estimates.
- Perform dimensional inspections with precision measuring equipment.
- Rework damaged parts as per repair schemes.
- Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
- Complete maintenance records as per manuals.
- Record labor time on work orders.

SMS Requirements:
- Support safety initiatives and SMS compliance.
- Immediately report hazards and unsafe practices.
- Follow safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in aviation landing gear repairs.
- A&P License preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Capable of full maintenance IAW CMM.
- Experienced in hydraulics repairs.
- Pass Criminal Background Check and FAA Drug and Alcohol screening.
- Must work in Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations.

Job Type:
- Contract
- Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Physical Demands:
- Requires sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Involves walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.

Equipment Operated:
- Various test equipment for hydraulic, air, and electrical applications.

Work location:
- Landing Gear Shop

Protective Equipment Required:
- Goggles, safety glasses, face shields, ear protection.
