\t\tLead the collection understanding documentation and analysis of application or infrastructure processes that impact the delivery of IT Services to the business\r

\t\tDesign execute and track system tests to ensure operational readiness before being deployed in a production environment.\r

\t\tSupport production systems by resolving issues as they are reported in person or through the help desk\r
\t\r
\t\tIdentify potential gaps and opportunities in the existing solution and provide recommendations to resolve.\r
\t\r
\t\tLead project related tasks and assignments to meet project deadlines\r
\r
\r
