Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Providing expert technical guidance and advice on complex administrative and financial issues related to grants management to team members, leadership, SAMHSA staff, and grantees.
  • Participating in the review of expenditure reports to ensure compliance with approved grant budgets and conditions.
  • Offering consultation and technical assistance on grant programs and preparing necessary background information for officials.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual grant reports.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Males born after December 31, 1959 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.
  • Appointment subject to successful completion of a background security investigation.
  • All Federal employees must have Federal salary payments made by direct deposit.
  • Financial disclosure statement may be required.
  • Probationary period may be required.

Minimum Requirements: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.
