Position Summary:

Social Media Coordinator

Work closely with the Lulus social and marketing teams to boost social growth, create engaging content, develop strategies, and more. Ideal for someone strategic, collaborative, and passionate about social media.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays through Thursdays.

What You'll Do:
  • Support daily social media operations, including content creation and community engagement
  • Contribute to social media strategy and brainstorm new content ideas
  • Stay updated on trends to keep social channels relevant
  • Plan social media communications for brand activations
  • Write compelling copy and optimize content for various platforms
  • Create behind-the-scenes content from photoshoots
  • Analyze results and provide insights to the team
  • Engage with the audience, resolve issues, and educate consumers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
  • 1-2 years of social media experience
  • Familiarity with major social platforms and trends
  • Passion for fashion and understanding of Gen Z culture
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media tools
  • Openness to Internet culture and collaboration
  • Ability to travel and cover events
