Pool Monitor will provide quality customer service to guests using the pool and clubhouse areas, and be a friendly, helpful team member to our clients, vendors, and associates\.

This position will also have administrative duties assisting department managers as directed\.

Compensation: $16\-18/hr

_FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range\. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities\. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive\. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future\._

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register all homeowners and guests\.
  • Enforce pool rule, policies, and regulations\.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons\.
  • Complete daily opening and closing procedures\.
  • Test pool water chemistry and maintain appropriate records, as applicable\.
  • Clean and sanitize pool, pool area, restrooms, and shower areas after each homeowner use\.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested\.
  • Wiping down tables daily and ensuring the pool area and bathrooms are free of trash\.
  • Set up and take down umbrellas daily\.
  • Enforce rules\.
  • Monitor water quality

Education & Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of a GED or a High School Diploma\.
  • Proficient in English\.

Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
