The
Pool Monitor will provide quality customer service to guests using the pool and clubhouse areas, and be a friendly, helpful team member to our clients, vendors, and associates\.
Compensation: $16\-18/hr
_FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range\. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities\. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive\. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future\._
Your Responsibilities:
- Greet and register all homeowners and guests\.
- Enforce pool rule, policies, and regulations\.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons\.
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures\.
- Test pool water chemistry and maintain appropriate records, as applicable\.
- Clean and sanitize pool, pool area, restrooms, and shower areas after each homeowner use\.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested\.
- Wiping down tables daily and ensuring the pool area and bathrooms are free of trash\.
- Set up and take down umbrellas daily\.
- Enforce rules\.
- Monitor water quality
Education & Experience:
- Must have a minimum of a GED or a High School Diploma\.
- Proficient in English\.
Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job\.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time\.
- Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard, distributing mail and packages\.
- Must be able to hear to place and receive telephone calls as an essential function of the job\.
- Must have good verbal and written skills in order to converse in a clear manner when answering incoming phone calls and be able to capture a message in written form and deliver to the appropriate co\-workers\.
- Must be mobile enough to move around the office to make copies, distribute mail, etc\.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs\.
Consistent and regular attendance required\.
