We are in search of a customer-centric and self-motivated territory manager responsible for promoting and selling Ambu Endoscopy (Pulmonary and GI) products in the designated regional area.

Key responsibilities include boosting revenue and market share by acquiring new accounts, expanding existing account usage, and utilizing entrepreneurial skills to drive growth.



Main Duties and Tasks:
- Promote and sell Ambu Pulmonary and GI Endoscopy products in the assigned territory
- Manage a sales pipeline effectively to meet revenue targets, utilizing CRM data daily
- Utilize knowledge of Ambu sales process to progress opportunities toward closure
- Cultivate lasting relationships by advocating the Ambu value proposition with key stakeholders in various clinical settings
- Collaborate across departments to enhance overall business growth, nurture external partnerships, and contribute positively to the Ambu ethos
- Excel in building relationships, identifying needs, and advancing business through case coverage in different departments
- Proficient in Health Economic Impact Reports and cost calculators to drive product conversions
- Coordinate with counterparts from all Ambu business units
- Daily travel within the territory as needed to client sites for maximizing potential
- Additional assigned responsibilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience, medical device background preferred
- Ability to thrive in a complex sales environment with multiple decision makers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of sales success and rapid territory growth
- Self-driven with ability to handle objections through clinical and financial verification
- Demonstrated urgency in growing current and new business continuously
- Curiosity and aptitude for comprehending new and complex information
- High business acumen with skills in planning, analytics, presenting, and follow-up
- Must embody Ambu values of Results with Speed, Collaboration, and Integrity
- Residence within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and meeting vendor credentialing for healthcare systems
