Description:

  • Installation of complex AV systems, including equipment rack fabrication, site preparation, termination, and calibration of audio and video equipment, and implementation of Crestron Digital Media and control systems. Troubleshoot complex audio, video, switching, and control systems problems.
  • Install, configure, integrate and test videoconferencing and integrated audio/visual technologies. Integrate and configure A/V systems with Crestron control systems. Develop and conduct on-site user and administrative training for the installed integrated A/V systems.
  • Assist in design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of network and telecommunications systems. Load and test touch panels and control programs. Troubleshoot hardware cabling.
  • Provide system testing and troubleshooting expertise on high-end A/V solutions. Provide training and training material for technical support and services personnel and end-users.

Requirements:

  • Technical tasks with advanced troubleshooting skills. Experience in videoconferencing technology, Extron and Crestron infrastructure, Bi-amp audio devices, Tandberg codecs, projection systems, and audio/video equipment. CCNA or CCENT certification preferred but not required.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Security clearance.

Salary: Up to $44,784.41 per year
