About the Role

Radiance Technologies, a leading employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate support team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating basic to small-scale audiovisual systems in a corporate environment, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor, and manage networked AV systems, including AV routing matrix, integrated computer systems, network infrastructure, lighting, and associated peripherals.
  • Construct and maintain AV systems and associated equipment for events.
  • Develop, maintain, and update VTC Control Devices.
  • Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware, software, computer peripherals, and AV equipment.
  • Provide customer service-oriented support, anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of resources.
  • Support Executive-level meetings with AV support.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors to engineer new systems.
  • Collaborate with Radiance stakeholders and other team members to ensure designs align with project and contract requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
  • Experience with Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and networking.
  • Experience with Q-SYS or CRESTRON software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AMX Certification.
  • Experience with BARCO, BrightSign, and Q-Sys Designer/Core Manager hardware and applications.
