Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of development experience, with 5+ years in a leadership position
  • 3+ years working with professional software engineering practices across full development lifecycle
  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Developing web applications with RESTful architectures
    • JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS
    • Using server-side frameworks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of user interface (UI) design
  • Proficient in relational database development (MySQL)
  • Experience in:
    • Basic DevOps for client projects
    • Programming in SQL, LINUX experience, relational database knowledge
    • Modular, object-oriented programming
    • Frontend and backend testing frameworks in a CI environment (Cypress, Artillery, SonarQube, Jest)
