Job Description

**Job Summary**

As a Java Backend Lead at Procyon Technostructure, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Java-based backend systems. This role requires a strong technical background and leadership skills to guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based backend systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

**Requirements**

  • 8+ years of experience in Java development
  • Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and related technologies
  • Experience with microservices, Kafka, Docker, and containerization
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React JS
  • Preferred: Experience with workflow or BPM tools like Redhat PAM, JBPM, or Flowable
