This company's work schedule is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote as well as they offer 6 weeks of working remotely anywhere in the world.

You can take that all at one time or break it up. They also offer a 10% annual bonus and 6% 401k match. They will also sponsor candidates (no C2C candidates)

Job Requirements

They are looking for:

  • Commercially minded (meaning you interface regulary with Customers, Business Development Engineers, Product Owners, Product Managers, etc) and technologically savvy (must have the technical background before you moved into this type of role)
  • At least 5 years experience as a Solutions Engineer/Architect
  • Proven track record in producing, communicating, and documenting solutions for customers.
  • Demand creation processes/service-level agreements with marketing.
  • Capable of interacting with key decision makers.
  • Ability to communicate with and convince customers at various levels.
  • Good financial acumen.
  • Solution-oriented approach to problems.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
