Job Overview

A rapidly expanding fintech organization is in search of a Solutions Engineer to enhance their technical team. This role serves as a crucial link between the company's innovative products and the specific requirements of banking clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and launch customized software solutions for banking clients, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Client Engagement: Analyze client requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on client specifications.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting after project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge in our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Over 8 years in solutions engineering or a related field, ideally within fintech. Expertise in credit card implementation is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Python, Java, or C#; familiarity with APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and database management.
  • Industry Insight: Knowledge of banking systems and current fintech trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and deliver significant value.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.
