This position is a Hybrid role based out of our Sacramento, CA office.About youYou're renowned for your precision and top-notch delivery for clients.

In this role, you will...Design/create and implement marketing collateral on an as needed basis as well as provide creative input on projects the team may be tacklingBecome a subject matter expert in Email StudioWork on new business pitches brochures, proposals graphics, infographics, invitations, post cards, signage, internal communications etc.

Have experience with project management and execution of marketing collateral and bring a knowledge of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions to your clientsBring experience in creating/ formatting proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP's using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesignWhat you'll bring3 to 5 years of marketing experienceDegree and/or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or relevant fieldProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteBasic knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite of products, particularly Photoshop and InDesignPursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Approximate hourly Range for this Role:
$23.00 to $38.00 per hourOur hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
