GENERAL FUNCTION

As the Director- Marketing Calendar, you will report to the CEO EBD and be responsible for managing the online activities planning for Eyebuydirect. These activities include brand campaigns, eCommerce promotions, product launches and more. This role is also responsible for coordinating most channels (CRM, social, digital marketing and more) activities involving online to deliver 360°execution and working in coordination with all the relevant stakeholders, shared services team, and external vendors. A successful candidate has strong leadership and coordination skills, is flexible and able to build plans that can meet both brand communication and business goals.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transfer business performance goals into marketing calendar. - 10%
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar with the campaigns from promotions, non promotions, product collections, brand events etc. - 30%
  • Align marketing calendar initiatives with performance channels and cross function teams to ensure consistency. - 10%
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely execution. - 10%
  • Closely monitor and analyze campaign performance. Generate insights and action plans to constantly improve performance. - 30%
  • Stay updated with industry trends/insights and test new concepts through the marketing calendar for stronger results. - 10%

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or projects related fields.
  • 10+ years' experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in project management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of min 1-2 direct reports.
  • Good command of project management tools, excel, PPT, Visio etc.
  • Excellent people skills, specifically a capacity for collaboration and interpersonal relationships
  • Expert problem solving, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong influencing skills to lead and collaborate with individuals having diverse priorities and goals.
  • Proven leadership in guiding and effectively communicating with peers and team members.
  • Excellent capability in self-drive, motivation, and emotional management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP Certificate will be a plus.

​Pay Range: 151, ,710.40

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
