Warehouse Supervisor- Sunset Amphitheater

Developed and built by Notes Live, the Sunset Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Warehouse Supervisor guides and controls warehouse activities to ensure accurate storing and distributing of raw materials and finished goods. Supervises timely delivery of merchandise in the amount ordered, while maintaining the security of the warehouse. Provides a safe working environment through compliance of safety programs.
Our ideal candidate is an individual with previous leadership experience in fast-paced environments that can multi-task. Providing clear and accurate communication ensures that your team hits their mark each day.
Possibility for overtime for select shifts. Ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required. Ability to work every game day is required unless time off is approved in advance.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00 to $22.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities- Coordinates the planning and assignment of work, achieving the most efficient use of personnel and equipment
- Responsible for maintaining inventory and in helping establish inventory levels based on prior usage and future demand
- Receives/Inspects incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality based off the product order and reject any undesirable items
- Supervises the warehouse, and the inventory always held within it to ensure security and upkeep
- Assists in ordering from site vendors by advising the management team what is needed and sometimes contacting the vendor directly
- Develops and recommends improvements in current warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs
- Provides training for warehouse employees
- Uncrates shipments when required and properly disposes of, or stores, containers, and packaging as appropriate
- Load, unload and transport products and materials to different areas of the warehouse and/or other client locations. May require use of carts, powered industrial vehicles (PIV), or motor vehicles.
- Responsible for cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of work areas
- Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet accuracy and production standards
- Responsible for conducting routine physical inventory counts based on established location schedules
- Accurately complete administrative duties including records such as inventory count documents, temperature and spoilage logs, equipment inspections, and any other relevant business records. This may be on paper or in a technology-based system (hand-held device or PC).
- Clean work areas as assigned, including but not limited to washing and drying machines, uniform collection bins when applicable
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures
- Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
- Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
- Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required
- 18 years of age or older (Required)
- 3-5 years of experience in a shipping/receiving supervisory role (Preferred)
- Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs., frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lbs. (Required)
- Manual dexterity for operating machinery (Required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Basic computer skills (Preferred)
- Some client locations require a current valid driver?s license. If this is required, an MVR will be run as part of your pre-employment screening process.
This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE. This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather.
