Hiring for Sunset Amphitheater in Colorado Springs

Argus is looking to hire event staff and supervisory personnel at the new Sunset Amphitheater in Colorado Springs Argus has a one of a kind opportunity for you At Argus you can expect to work positions in: ushering, crowd management, ticket taking, gate operations, backstage and so much more

(Argus DOES NOT offer positions within the food/beverage industry)

What you can expect to do:


The Event Staffing Team Member's main function is to provide crowd management and excellent customer during event day operations. Primarily focusing on meeting the needs of the client/venue and patrons, from a customer service perspective. Develops effective working relationships with client, other Argus Team Members and patrons; communicates timely and effectively. Our Team Member's may perform many different functions such as Ticket Scanning, Parking, Security Screening and Ushering to name a few.

- Ability to speak and write in English

- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time

- Ability to move up and down stairs

- Must be comfortable working in and around large crowds

- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

- Ability to be in all types of weather for outside venues

- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

- High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Rate is $14.42 - $16.00 per hour for team members and $14.42 - $17.25 for supervisors.

The Event Staff and Supervisor positions are part time positions.

Please note this position does not offer Benefits, 401k, Insurance, etc.

The training process for these position requires an orientation at our office, followed by a training shift. These events occur within the same week and must be completed before you can sign up for other events

Benefits:

Please note that because this position is part time, it does not offer Benefits, a 401k, Insurance, etc.

The rate for team members is $16.00 per hour

The rate for Supervisors is $17.25 per hour
