This role is supporting our Corporate Applications team at Allina Health. Allina Health is a non-profit health care system that offers services throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. The Corporate Application team manages over 180 applications throughout the enterprise.

As the Senior Applications Manager, you will manage 4-6 other people leaders to ensure the applications we support are properly functioning for the enterprise.

If you are located in MN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S.

as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and manage customer and team relationships
Approve and implement various departmental and corporate policies and compliance activities
Monitor service level agreements
Performance and guidance for manager team
Complete performance reviews and provide regular feedback to leader team
Monitor and guide investments for IT projects

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.


Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing other people leaders (i.e. managers, supervisors, etc.)
3+ years of experience working in operations or on an applications team
Currently reside in the state of Minnesota

Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare experience
Experience with the application Workday
Experience with the application On Base
Experience with HR or supply chain applications
