SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S OPPORTUNITY

  • Engage individuals dealing with opiate use disorder (OUD) in a trustworthy relationship.
  • Advocate for recovery principles with participants and local providers.
  • Develop personalized support plans for each individual assessed.
  • Maintain regular communication with the individuals' care team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certification in CRS or CRFS
  • Preferred ASAM Certification or relevant training
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working directly with individuals with substance use disorders, MAT, and/or co-occurring conditions
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to pass FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal clearances
  • Must possess valid medical documents such as physical examination, TB test, CPR, and First Aid certification
