Volt is currently looking to hire Customer Feedback Program Administrators in the Auto Industry for an exciting opportunity with a top auto maker in Fountain Valley, CA.


As a **Customer Feedback Program Administrator**, you will:

  • Collaborate with management to establish standards and procedures to enhance dealer sales and service operations, improve dealership performance, and uplift dealers operating below expected levels through process and product initiatives. Create tracking tools to measure process enhancement and assess dealer performance compared to goals.
  • Assist the Sr. Manager, Retail & Customer Feedback, as an expert on the Retail Experience Survey Interference Program and the unusual activity report. Investigate, discuss, and document conversations related to survey interference and unusual activity. Serve as a central repository for processes, regional lists, and signed forms.
  • Support management in retail-focused customer feedback programs by training field representatives on specific aspects of the Retail Experience Survey Program.
  • Participate in reporting for the Retail Experience Survey Interference Program. Responsible for documenting contact reports, managing supporting documents, and refining program processes.
  • Follow process guidelines for the survey interference program and provide insights on the unusual activity report to field representatives. Utilize AdobeSign for Dealer interference strike letters.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm on a hybrid basis -3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Positions are temporary for 6 months, offering a great entry point to a top company recognized for promoting internal talent.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Three years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership and/or OEM is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service and process enhancement is desirable.
  • Familiarity with automotive dealer terminology is beneficial (e.g., ROs, RDRs, Customer Pay, Warranty, DMS).
  • A completed Bachelors degree.
Pay Rate: $25-32/hr

** The pay range for a successful candidate will be determined based on various factors such as education, experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, etc.
