Job Description:

  • Supervise Package Handlers, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety, production, and attendance standards.
  • Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety.
  • Lead with innovation and effectiveness, fostering strong relationships at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all employees follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage resources to maximize output and efficiency.
  • Promote a positive work environment, encourage employee involvement, and facilitate continual improvement.
  • Implement personal development plans for employees.
  • Provide orientation, skills training, evaluations, and coaching to support employee development.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Flexible availability for shift work, up to 5 days a week.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Preferred management experience.
